Registration Guidelines :

1. At least one (1) of the authors in the accepted abstract / paper must make an advanced registration
before the deadline of the normal registration (10 / November / 2024) in order for their presentation
to be included in the final program of the SEGT 2024 conference.

  • Co-author(s) who are also attending SEGT 2024 need to register separately.
  • The registered author must be the First or Corresponding Author of the abstract/ paper submitted or registered.

*Student and Listener registration DOES NOT include Banquet. Banquet coupon can bepurchased separately for students, listeners &

accompanying persons. Refer to the hotel / restaurant for the rate.

2. Each author can only submit a maximum of two (2) abstracts/ presentation – limited to one (1) oral presentation and one (1) poster presentation.

  • If the registered author has second accepted paper. The charge for the second paper:
    USD 230 (International author) and THB 7500 (local author)

3. The authors who have received the notification of abstract acceptance are recommended to complete the early registration (before 13 / October / 2024).
4. To upload your full paper (optional), you must complete registration (before 10 / November / 2024). Only selected full papers will be recommended for publication in the supporting journals (after normal peer review process). Article processing charge may be imposed subject to the policy of the particular journal recommended.
5. Online publication in the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) Conference Proceedings will be charged at a rate of USD 100 (International participants) or THB 3500 (Local participants).
6. For student, a photocopy of original student ID card and a signed letter from mentor/university confirming the status as a student must be uploaded during the online registration.
7. Participants who want to make on-site payment can send an email to the SEGT 2024 Secretariat, segtconference@gmail.com or segtconference@isegt.org for consideration.

Accommodation

Accommodation and traveling costs are not included in registration fee; the delegates need to reserve rooms themselves. The delegates are advised to make early reservation due to peak season in Bangkok, Thailand

Refund / Cancellation

1. Refund will be issued by only written e-mail request to SEGT 2024 secretariat.

2. A refund/ cancellation policy applies as follow:.
● 60 days ahead of the conference : 50% of payment refund
● 40-60 days ahead of the conference : 30% of payment refund
● Within 40 days ahead of the conference : No refund

3. A refund administrative fee of USD 50 will be imposed for each refund.

4. No refund when the registrant could not attend the conference for ‘personal reason’ such as visa problems, travel difficulties, health issues, financial default etc.

5. The organizer has the right to change the date and venue of the conference under the reason of “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer & change and refund policy. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any unexpected or uncontrollable event such as natural causes (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), disease pandemic or epidemic, etc.
